Have you ever tasted the red wines from Shangdong and Ningxia in China? On 10 November, day 3 of the HKTDC International Wine & Spirits Fair 2012, Ms Debra Meiburg MW, Director of Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition, will team up with Mr Jim Boyce, a wine blogger of Grape Wall of China and Professor Ma Hui-qin from China Agricultural University, who is one of the judges at the HKWSC this year, to guide you along in exploring the Chinese wines.
