| Exhibitors participating in (HKTDC Food Expo 2026 or Food Expo Pro 2026 or Home Delights Expo 2026 or Home InStyle 2026 or Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair 2026 or Gifts & Premium Fair 2026 or DeLuxe PrintPack 2026 and Wine Fair 2026 with 9sqm Standard Booth/Custom-built (18sqm min.)participation or above and applied for both fairs via the Online Application Platform of the respective fair |

Important Note:
* The total participation fee will be subject to the invoice issued by project team via email.
* Application Deadline is 29 May 2026. Applications received from 2 May to 29 May 2026 will not be entitled to the Early Bird Discount.
*The maximum discount rate to be offered to each individual exhibitor shall not exceed 20%. Bundle Discount cannot be applied together with Early Bird and Volume Discount.
* Terms and Conditions:
- The Organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the discount without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, the Organiser’s decision is final and binding.
- Shall there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
